Dr. Tim Taylor has experienced both negative and positive situations in a small church of less than 50, a medium-size church of 250, and a large church of over 1,000. His experience qualifies him to offer valuable insight to assist the church in maximizing its potential.

Using principles garnered through the Peacemakers Ministry, Dr. Tim Taylor will assist you in learning the necessary steps to Biblically and peacefully manage conflict. By following the mandate set forth by the Apostle Paul, "I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose". By following Biblical principles, Dr. Taylor will guide you through a proven process to help resolve conflict.

Meet the Coach
Having served as a Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, Lead Pastor, and Hospital Chaplain, Tim has over 35+ years of practical and pastoral experience. He is married to his college sweetheart, Kathy, and has two grown children, Leslie and Matt. He has four grandchildren. Tim holds a M.A.R. in Religious Studies and the Doctor or Ministry (D.Min.) in Pastoral Care and Counseling. He is an Ordained Minister (Church of the Nazarene) and Board Certified Chaplain with the National Association of Professional Chaplains (APC). Tim has also completed three levels of peacemaking from Peacemakers Ministry including conflict resolution, mediation, and arbitration.
